| We have over 30 years of experience based in San Leandro, California. Anchor Distributing Services first opened its doors on March 30, 1980 in San Leandro, California. This optimal San Leandro base was chosen because of its close proximity to the Port of Oakland, the fifth busiest container port in the country, its distance to Interstate 880 / 238, and the location of the former Albertsons/Lucky Stores Distribution Center. |

| Anchor Distributing’s strategic location benefits from the nearby I-880 / I-238 interchange, which gives our trucks convenient, efficient, easy access to San Jose and Los Angeles to the south, Sacramento and the Pacific Northwest to the north, and San Francisco to the west. |

| We specialize in public warehousing and distribution services for businesses requiring third party order fulfillment, food grade distribution, and case pick or full pallet handling of products. While Anchor primarily handles food and food related products we also warehouse a large variety of non-food products that include items such as electronics, film, automobile parts and other consumer goods. |

| Due to our large assortment of food products, virtually all of the major grocery houses, institutional food suppliers, and club stores pick up at our warehouses on a regular basis. |
|
| We also have a large number of food manufactures that pick up other merchandise. Please review our customer ‘Will-Call’ list to see if any of your customers or prospective customers are already back hauling goods from our warehouses. |

| Anchor is also a USDA Meat Inspection facility for imported shelf stable meat and meat by-products. Our inspection station is I-24. We routinely do incubations, can inspections, and net weight testing on products from Europe, South America and Australia/New Zealand. Importers then have the opportunity to transfer their approved stock into our standard warehouse inventory or transfer it directly to their customers. Many of our USDA customers elect to maintain their inventory with us to be distributed collectively with our other food products. |

| A large percentage of our inventory is comprised of imported food. We are an approved FDA inspections site for those imported food products that require a secure location for their inventory during the FDA approval process. |
